Beaver's sources give EN 388 results of 3121X, 4131 and 4132 for this glove, and this page uses the lowest, 3121X (manufacturer-stated).

The 3121X result is abrasion 3, blade cut 1, tear 2, puncture 1, and the X means the cut test to ISO 13997 was not done. Blade cut level 1 is the lowest level, so this is a grip glove and not a cut resistant glove. The EN 388 result (manufacturer-stated) is read in the order abrasion, blade cut, tear and puncture, and a higher number is a higher level.
