Gates G-Force CVT Drive Belt

Gates G-Force™ is a family of CVT (continuously variable transmission) belts made in the USA for powersports vehicles — ATVs, UTVs/side-by-sides and snowmobiles — engineered for an OE-perfect fit with matching shift curves and pulley speed ratios. Construction uses a high-tensile aramid cord, an aramid-fibre-loaded ethylene elastomer body for stiffness and heat resistance, a trapezoidal top notch with a rounded bottom cog for flexibility and heat dissipation, and a specially formulated adhesion gum to extend service life.

Where this product is used

G-Force is a powersports CVT belt, not an industrial or agricultural drive belt. Typical uses include:

• ATV, UTV/side-by-side and snowmobile variator (CVT) drives
• Stock and lightly modified vehicles (G-Force WorkHorse) through to extreme, high-cc or turbocharged builds (G-Force RedLine)
• Trail, dune, mountain and race-day use where consistent clutch engagement matters

Selecting the right option

G-Force comes in two sub-lines, matched to engine size and use: WorkHorse for stock, low-to-mid-range engines (roughly 150–799cc) and RedLine for high-range and extreme engines (roughly 800–1300cc+, or any turbo/heavily modified vehicle). Confirm which sub-line this belt code suits, and always match by belt code or vehicle make/model — never by dimensions alone, as clutch tuning and shift curve are part of the fit.
