The Gemini 308L-16 Stainless Steel Electrodes are rutile-type, low carbon electrodes for welding 301, 302, 304, 308 and 308L stainless steels. They are classified AWS A5.4 E308L-16 (manufacturer-stated).
The weld is very smooth with a clean edge. The rutile flux coating is easy to operate and gives an excellent bead appearance. They come in a 1 kg packet in 2.6 and 3.2 mm.
