Screw Plug Gauge GO controls the workpiece's internal thread's pitch diameter and major diameter's maximum physical size. Screw Plug Gauge GO end should be screwed into the entire length of the internal thread of the workpiece to ensure thread conformity. Screw Plug Gauge NOGO controls the workpiece's internal thread's single pitch and diameter's minimum physical size. Screw Plug Gauge NOGO can be screwed in, but if it can be screwed in more than two turns then the thread does not meet conformity.
