Teroson FL is a transparent pretreatment cleaner based on white spirit. It is aromatic-free with low n-hexane content, and it contains no chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Henkel says it is mainly used to pretreat substrates before adhesives and sealants are applied. It will not inhibit the curing of adhesives or sealants, and it can also be used on tools and contaminated surfaces.

Selecting the right option
Teroson FL is a pretreatment cleaner for substrates before bonding or sealing. For general-purpose cleaning see Loctite SF 7063 General Purpose Cleaner - 400ml Aerosol, and for brake parts see Loctite 230824 Brake And Parts Cleaner Aerosol Spray - 417g.
Using it
Apply it and wipe off with a non-woven tissue or similar. Pour it onto the tissue without pressing the tissue against the container opening.
Let the surface dry completely before applying adhesive or sealant.
Dispense only the amount needed and reseal the container straight away.
Storage and handling
Store between 5 °C and 25 °C. It is not frost sensitive. Henkel gives a shelf life of 24 months.

The Henkel data sheet does not give a flash point or hazard class; both are in the safety data sheet. Henkel states it is not harmful to car paints on short-term contact only. Read the safety data sheet before use.
