Macnaught R100THGE-01 Metered Oil Dispensing Kit, 1:1

The Macnaught R100THGE-01 is a 1:1 oil dispensing kit for workshops that fill from a 205 L drum. It combines the R-series R100T-01 1:1 air-operated drum pump, the HG20R-012E-01 metered oil gun and a 3m delivery hose, so the main parts come in one box. The kit has an estimated maximum flow of 12 L/min on SAE10 oil. The gun has a digital meter, so you can see how much oil goes in on each job.

The pump is from the R-series, Macnaught's heavier-duty range, which moves more oil than the OilMaster T-series at the same ratio. At 1:1 it moves the most oil but has the least push, so keep the hose run short and the oil thin. The ratio is how much the pump multiplies your air pressure at the oil outlet. A higher ratio gives more push for long hose runs and thick oil, but usually less oil per minute. A lower ratio usually moves more oil with less push. The HG20R-012E-01 gun has an electronic meter with a resettable batch display and a running total that cannot be reset. It has a rigid extension, an automatic non-drip nozzle, a locking trigger and a rating up to 6,900 kPa (1,000 psi). For thicker oil or a longer hose run, step up to the 3:1 kit. Choose the metered version if you need to record how much oil you dispense.
