Noga RC1000 Mini Reversible Countersink, 3 to 5.5mm Range, R1 Blade

Noga RC1000, RC2000 and RC2200 are the Mini, Medium and Large Reversible countersink handles, for ranges of 3 to 5.5mm, 5 to 10mm and 10 to 22mm (manufacturer-stated).

Each is a steel handle with one reversible blade included: R1 with the RC1000, R2 with the RC2000 and R3 with the RC2200 (manufacturer-stated). The blade is H.S.S., hardness 62-64Rc, with a 90° angle (manufacturer-stated).

• Deburring on external surfaces (blade position one) (manufacturer-stated)
• Deburring on internal surfaces through an opening: rotate the blade 90° from position one, enter the opening, then rotate it another 90° (position two) (manufacturer-stated)
• RC1000: deburring both the back and front sides of holes (manufacturer-stated)

Selecting the right option

Choose the handle by the diameter range: the RC1000 covers 3 to 5.5mm, the RC2000 5 to 10mm and the RC2200 10 to 22mm. The ranges meet at 5mm and 10mm, so a hole of exactly that size is covered by either neighbouring handle. Each handle is listed with one blade, and spare blades are the Noga Deburring Blade, Reversible Countersink (BR1001 for R1, BR2001 for R2, BR3001 for R3). Noga also lists the three handles together as the Reversible Countersink Set RC3300, and the RC2000 is included in the Silver Unikit (manufacturer-stated).
