Olfa CMP-1 1-15cm circles Compass Circle Cutter

The Olfa CMP-1 is a compass cutter that cuts circles from 1 to 15cm in diameter in paper, film, vinyl and similar thin material (manufacturer-stated).

Olfa says you loosen the slider screw, set the slider to the size to cut and turn the cutter like a compass. Circles of 4 to 15cm can be cut with the hole prevention pad, which helps stop the needle making a hole in the work, and Olfa warns the needle may pierce through if too much force is applied (manufacturer-stated).

A blade and needle cover is supplied for safety, and the blade can be turned for left-handed use. Olfa lists the COB-1 as the spare blade and shows COB-1 x6 with the cutter, and lists films, cardboard, light wood and paper among the materials. Olfa suggests it for crafts, model making, photography, scrapbooks and sign making (manufacturer-stated).
