Olfa OL 18mm Extended Depth Cutter

The Olfa OL is an 18mm snap-off blade cutter with an extended stainless-steel blade channel that supports up to 1-1/2" of blade, and a metal pick for jobs such as tucking carpet edges (manufacturer-stated).

The extended channel gives more blade exposure for greater depth of cut, and the ratchet wheel lock holds the blade at any position. Olfa describes the ABS handle as having an anti-slip inset, and the metal pick as suited to staples and tucking carpet edges (manufacturer-stated).

It comes preloaded with an LB silver snap-off blade with eight segments, and Olfa says it accepts all Olfa 18mm blades, including the L-SOL solid silver, LWB serrated edge, LBB ultra-sharp black and LFB ultra-sharp black speed blades (manufacturer-stated).

Choose the OL for deeper cuts and carpet work. For standard reach see the Olfa L-1; for over 6" of added reach see the Olfa XL-2. The LB-SOL solid blades also use the full blade length.
