- MK1500 grade, carbide CVD.
- CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition).
- CVD-coated grades are suitable for wear resistance in demanding applications with high feed rates and intermediate to high cutting speed.
MK1500 Grade
- CVD-coated grade based on Duratomic™ coating. Basic grade for milling cast iron and nodular cast iron, with or without coolant.
- Ti (C, N) – Al2O3.
About Chamfer Turbo 12 2-Cutting-Edge-Single-Sided Inserts
- Available in Arbor, CombimasterTM and Seco-Capto connections.
- 30°, 45°, 60°, and 75° setting angles.
- Max. depth of cut 31 mm (1.22 inch) with the 75° milling cutter.
- XO.X12 inserts with 2 cutting edges.
- Front chamfering.
