Stahlwille SW509/5 1/2" Drive Extension Bar, 130 mm

The Stahlwille 509 series are 1/2" drive extension bars with a ball detent in four lengths from 52 to 255 mm, for hand operation. Stahlwille lists them to DIN 3123 / ISO 3316 and gives the material as forged chrome alloy steel, chrome-plated and corrosion-resistant (manufacturer-stated).

The bars move a socket away from the ratchet to reach fasteners in recesses. Weights run from 88 g (52 mm) to 341 g (255 mm), and each length has its own model code. These are ball-detent bars: the datasheet does not describe a QuickRelease push button on them, so for a push-button lock see the QuickRelease bars linked below (manufacturer-stated).
