The Stahlwille 460a is a short range of five 3/8" drive bi-hex sockets in inch sizes from 1/4 to 1/2". The sockets are 32, 38 or 44 mm long, a step longer than the same sizes in the 45a (manufacturer-stated).
The bi-hex (double hexagon, 12-point) profile carries Stahlwille's AS-Drive (Anti-Slip Drive) form, which the maker says transmits high forces to the flats of nuts and bolts without damaging them. The sockets are HPQ steel, chrome-plated, and Stahlwille specifies hand operation only. Stahlwille lists the range to SAE AS 954-E / S.B.A.C. AS 40610/40611 / ASME B 107.1 (manufacturer-stated).

Selecting the right option
