Sterling D-804A Carded Orange 9mm Plastic Cutter

The Sterling D-804 and D-804A are orange economy all plastic cutters for 9mm snap-off blades, with a pull back safety lock that stops blade slipping and a blade snapper at the rear (manufacturer-stated).

Sterling says the blade snapper at the rear is for safe removal of used blades (manufacturer-stated). The two codes are the same cutter in different packaging.
