Selecting the right option
Choose the Ultra-Grip by colour, pack and how you change blades. The 115-2BGH is the grey knife in bulk with 3 blades; the hi-vis yellow version carded with 3 blades is the Sterling 115-1YH. For a Thum-lock version, which Sterling lists as needing no screwdriver to change blades, see the Sterling 115-2YS.
