Sutton H100 HC2 Holesaw Arbor - Suits 32-50 mm HSS Sheet Metal Holesaws - 5/8 in UNF

The Sutton H100 is a holesaw arbor in two sizes for HSS sheet metal holesaws: the HC1 for 16 to 25 mm holesaws (1/2 in UNF thread) and the HC2 for 32 to 50 mm holesaws (5/8 in UNF thread). Both have an 11/32 in (8.73 mm) hex shank and fit a 10 mm chuck.

The HSS sheet metal holesaws cut a 2 mm depth, designed to produce accurate, round, clean holes in steel and alloy sheets. The hex shank is designed for a positive grip, to prevent slippage in the chuck. The 6.35 mm (1/4 in) pilot drill, 54 mm overall length, suits both arbors.

Arbor sizes

Choose the arbor by holesaw diameter and thread.

Using the product

• Match the arbor thread (1/2 in UNF or 5/8 in UNF) to the holesaw before fitting.
• Fit the pilot drill so it protrudes beyond the holesaw teeth, to set the centre of the hole.
• Check the chuck is tight and the arbor is running true before starting the cut.
• Start at a low speed and keep the drill square to the work. Use cutting fluid when cutting steel.
