Sutton H115 0011 Diamond Holesaw Set - 8 Holesaws 19-51mm with Arbors and Guide

The Sutton H115 0011 is an eight piece diamond grit holesaw set with 8 holesaws (19, 22, 25, 29, 35, 38, 44 and 51 mm), each with a 25 mm cutting depth, plus DA01 and DA02 arbors and a DG70 holesaw drill guide. It is designed to cut ceramic and porcelain tiles, marble and soft stone, fibre cement and fibreglass, hard plastics and plexiglass.

The diamond coating is designed for long life in the hardest tiles, and the cut-out slots dissipate heat and let the plug come away easily. The DA01 arbor fits the 19 to 29 mm holesaws and the DA02 arbor fits the larger sizes. The DG70 guide holds the holesaw in position at the start of the cut.

Where this product is used

• Cutting holes in ceramic and porcelain tiles, marble and soft stone, fibre cement and fibreglass, hard plastics and plexiglass.
• Tap, waste, spigot and cable holes in wall and floor tiles, with the common sizes and both arbors in one set.
• Applications include DIY, trade, plumbing, tiling, masonry, pools and spas, and boat building.

Using the holesaws

• Run the holesaw with a constant flood of water. Water prolongs cutting life, and overheating destroys the diamond bond.
• Fit a TCT pilot drill: PD01 (8 x 63 mm) with the DA01 arbor for 19 to 30 mm, PD02 (8 x 69 mm) with the DA02 arbor for 32 mm and larger.
• Start at a low speed and keep the pressure light and steady. Use a drill guide on smooth tile so the holesaw does not wander at the start.
• Wear eye protection and a dust mask suited to the material when cutting fibre cement, stone or tile.
