Sutton H122 6206 Quick Release Pilot Drill TCT 7.0mm x 125mm

The Sutton H122 6206 is a 7.0 mm x 125 mm tungsten carbide tipped (TCT) pilot drill for the Sutton H122 quick-release arbor system. The quick-release system is designed to make changing holesaws quick, and its One-Click adaptors fit holesaws from 14 to 210 mm.

The TCT tip is designed for abrasive materials that wear a high speed steel pilot drill. It is one of two pilot drills supplied in the H127 multi-purpose TCT holesaw sets, alongside the H122 6106 HSS pilot drill (6.35 x 125 mm).

Where this product is used

• Pilot drilling with holesaws on the H122 quick-release arbor (H122 4311).
• Swapping holesaws quickly with the One-Click adaptor system, and ejecting the plug with one click.
• Applications include DIY, trade, automotive, electrical, plumbing, metalworking and MRO.

Using the pilot drill

• Push the pilot drill fully into the quick-release arbor before drilling.
• Choose the One-Click adaptor that matches the holesaw: 1/2 UNF for 14 to 30 mm, 5/8 UNF for 32 mm and larger.
• Replace the pilot drill if the tip wears, as a worn pilot makes the holesaw wander.
