Sutton 3mm D604 Glass & Tile Drill Bit - 80 mm

The Sutton D604 is a glass and tile drill bit with a copper brazed carbide tip and a multi-faceted spear point, for smooth drilling in ceramic tiles, glass, brick, plastics and fibreglass. It is available in 8 sizes from 3 to 12 mm, 80 mm long on the 3 to 6 mm sizes and 100 mm long on the 6.5 to 12 mm sizes.

It is not suitable for toughened glass and hard tiles above class 3. The multi-faceted spear point is designed for improved drilling speeds, the copper brazed carbide tip has higher heat resistance and is designed to deliver up to 10 times longer life than standard glass and tile drills, and the anti-slip hex shank gives positive grip in the chuck. The total length is longer than standard tile bits.
