Our range covers anaerobic flange sealants, RTV silicone sealants, thread sealants, MS polymer sealants, and fire seals for industrial and construction applications.

• Loctite Anaerobic Flange Sealants: Loctite anaerobic flange sealants (518, 515 Master Gasket, 587 Blue Maxx, SI 5900) cure in the absence of air between mating metal flanges to form a rigid, leak-proof gasketed joint that eliminates the need for pre-cut gaskets. They are used on gearbox housings, pump casings, engine covers and hydraulic manifolds where a formed-in-place seal is preferred.
• Loctite Thread Sealant (577): Loctite 577 is a medium-strength anaerobic thread sealant for metal pipe threads (BSP, NPT). It fills the gaps between threads to produce a leak-free seal resistant to pressure, vibration and most hydraulic and pneumatic fluids. Recommended for hydraulic and pneumatic pipe fittings, compressed air systems and water services where metal thread-to-thread sealing is required.
• RTV Silicone Sealants (Loctite 596, CRC): Room temperature vulcanising (RTV) silicone sealants cure by moisture to form a flexible, temperature-resistant rubber seal. Loctite 596 Superflex is a high-temperature (red) RTV silicone rated to 315°C for exhaust manifolds, engine covers and high-heat applications. CRC RTV Select-A-Bead silicone provides adjustable bead diameter for sealing enclosures and panels.
• CRC ADOS MS Adhesive Sealant: CRC ADOS MS is a high-performance MS polymer sealant and adhesive providing strong adhesion to a wide range of substrates including metals, plastics, timber and composites, with flexibility after cure for joints subject to vibration and thermal movement.
• GSA Fire Seal: GSA fire seal is used to seal penetrations in fire-rated walls, floors and ceilings where services (pipes, conduit, cables) pass through a fire-rated barrier. Required by the BCA for compliance with passive fire protection requirements at service penetrations.
• OSI Construction Silicones: OSI construction-grade silicone sealants provide general-purpose and multi-purpose sealing for gaps, joints and penetrations in building and maintenance applications.
