AIMS Industrial sells dozens of hose fittings and couplings from Dixon, AAP, Champion and Trax. The range covers airline quick-connect fittings in the most common Australian workshop styles — Nitto, Ryco, Jamec and ARO — as well as Storz couplings for fire and water applications, Dixon ground joint couplings and spuds for industrial hose connections, stainless steel airline fittings, swivel joints, in-line oilers and pressure regulators, and blow guns for compressed air workshop tasks.

• Champion’s airline range covers quick-connect couplings and nipples in Nitto, Ryco, Jamec and ARO interchange styles, plus stainless steel 304 versions, swivel joints, in-line regulators, in-line oilers, blow guns and hose barb couplings in 3/8" bore.
• Dixon products in this collection include Storz hose tail couplings, BSP adaptors (male and female), fire hydrant landing valve caps (national and state-specific — NSW, QLD), Minsup R quick-release shouldered couplings and double-bolt clamps in SG iron, ground joint spuds, and a brass hose reel nozzle.
• Storz couplings are a twist-lock symmetric coupling system widely used in Australian fire fighting, irrigation and water transfer applications.

Airline Quick-Connect Fittings

Champion’s airline fittings range covers the four main quick-connect interchange styles used in Australian workshops: Nitto (also called industrial interchange), Ryco, Jamec and ARO. Each style has different coupling geometry and is not interchangeable between styles, so it’s important to match fittings to the existing system on your tools and compressor. Champion supplies both male nipples and female couplings in each style, available in standard steel with brass and stainless steel 304 variants for applications requiring corrosion resistance.

• Nitto style: Champion airline 1/4" male nipple (Nitto), 1/4" female coupling (Nitto), plus stainless steel 304 versions — the most common workshop style in Australia.
• Ryco style: Champion airline 1/4" male nipple (Ryco), 1/4" male coupling (Ryco) — common in automotive workshops.
• Jamec style: Champion 3/8" hose barb coupling (Jamec), 1/4" male nipple (Jamec).
• ARO style: Champion 1/4" male nipple (ARO), Trax 1/4" PT female fitting (ARX-PF20).

Storz Couplings

Storz is a symmetric, twist-lock coupling system used in fire fighting, irrigation and industrial fluid transfer. Both halves of a Storz coupling are identical, making connections fast and non-directional. AAP and APP supply Storz couplings in sizes for industrial use including hose tail couplings, BSP male and female adaptors and blank caps with chain.

Dixon Minsup Couplings and Clamps

Dixon Minsup R quick-release shouldered couplings in SG iron provide a robust, fast-connect solution for industrial hose connections. The double-bolt clamp with saddle provides secure hose-to-fitting retention under pressure. Dixon also supplies ground joint spud fittings (female BSP) for steam and high-pressure hose applications.

• Swivel joints: Champion CSW-02 universal swivel joint 1/4" male/female — reduces hose twist at connection points, extending hose life.
• In-line oilers: Champion CLV-02A in-line oiler 1/4" — continuously lubricates air tools during operation, extending tool life in pneumatic applications.
• In-line regulators: Champion CLN-02B in-line air regulator 1/4" — controls working pressure at the tool rather than at the compressor, useful where multiple tools operate at different pressures.
• Blow guns: Champion BCBG adjustable flow pocket blow gun in steel for compressed air cleaning and drying tasks.
• Blow-off valve: Champion CSV-02 blow-off valve 150 PSI 1/4" male — for safely venting compressed air from a system or tool line.
• Tyre chucks: Champion airline tyre chuck clip-type 1/4" female — for inflating vehicle and equipment tyres from a workshop compressor.
• Automatic air chuck: Champion BTC15 airline automatic air quick chuck in brass/steel for tyre inflation without the need to hold the fitting against the valve.
