Re-Po is a brand of lifting and material handling equipment supplied through AIMS Industrial to trade and industrial customers. The range is positioned for workshop, construction, and maintenance lifting work where compliant equipment at sensible pricing is the priority.

Compliance and standards
Lifting equipment in Australia must comply with AS 1418 (the lifting equipment standard) and AS 2550 (safe use of cranes and lifting equipment). All lifting gear should be supplied with a test certificate and inspected periodically — most workplaces run a 12-monthly inspection and proof-load cycle. Match the working load limit (WLL) to the heaviest load the equipment will lift, with appropriate safety factor.
Selection guidance
Three things drive the spec on lifting equipment: working load limit (the maximum rated capacity), lift height (how far the chain or lever can extend), and the mounting situation (beam profile, hook size, headroom). Get all three matched to the application before ordering — undersized equipment is dangerous, oversized equipment is unwieldy and expensive.
Inspection and service
Lifting equipment fails through neglect more often than through wear. Visual inspection at each use catches obvious damage; detailed periodic inspection catches the slow-developing issues (chain wear, brake degradation, hook deformation). Most lifting equipment manufacturers specify a 12-month service interval for moderate use; high-cycle production environments need shorter intervals.
