- Tap Magic Cutting Fluid EP-Xtra: Tap Magic EP-Xtra is the general-purpose heavy-duty cutting fluid for steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and high-tensile alloys in tapping, drilling, reaming, and threading operations. The EP (Extreme Pressure) additive package activates under the high contact pressure at the tool-chip interface on hard and tough materials, forming a protective boundary film that prevents micro-welding between the tool and workpiece that causes built-up edge, poor surface finish, and catastrophic tap failure in blind holes.
- EP-Xtra is the standard recommendation for threading stainless steel and threading operations on materials above 800 MPa tensile strength where conventional sulphurised cutting oils are insufficient for the contact pressure generated.
- Tap Magic Aluminium Cutting Fluid: A cutting fluid specifically formulated for machining aluminium and aluminium alloy workpieces, addressing the unique cutting mechanics of aluminium that differ fundamentally from steel cutting. Aluminium produces long, continuous chips that adhere to tool faces and cutting edges through a diffusion bonding mechanism called built-up edge — a progressive process that changes the effective tool geometry, increases cutting force, and eventually produces torn and rough machined surfaces instead of clean cuts. The Tap Magic Aluminium formula contains specific anti-adhesion chemistry that prevents built-up edge formation on HSS and carbide tools in aluminium, maintaining the designed cutting geometry throughout the operation for consistent hole size, surface finish, and thread quality.

The H2OX semi-synthetic provides both lubrication from the synthetic lubricity additive package and cooling from the high water volume of the diluted solution, addressing both the lubrication requirement of turning and milling and the heat removal requirement of grinding and high-speed machining that neat oils alone cannot satisfy.
