Professional TIG Welders for Fabrication, Maintenance and Industrial Use

TIG welding delivers the precision and clean finish that MIG welding can't match on aluminium, stainless steel, and thin-gauge materials. AIMS Industrial sells TIG and MIG welder packages from Bossweld — AC/DC TIG inverters for aluminium and steel, high-capacity multi-process welders for industrial fabrication, and complete package options with wire feeders and foot controllers.

The TIG Welders Range

The Bossweld range covers single-phase and three-phase welding requirements from workshop TIG inverters through to heavy-duty industrial multi-process packages.

Bossweld TIG 200X AC/DC Inverter

The Bossweld TIG 200X AC/DC Inverter Welder (240V, 15A) is a single-phase workshop TIG welder capable of welding both aluminium (AC) and steel/stainless (DC) up to 200A. Suited to trade workshops, maintenance facilities, and fabricators requiring a compact, portable AC/DC TIG machine on standard 15A power. Also available as the Bossweld TIG 200X Foot Controller Bundle, which adds a foot pedal for hands-free amperage control during precision welding.

Bossweld MST 500X & MST 350X Welder Packages

The Bossweld MST 500X Air Cooled Welder Package (415V) and MST 350X Water Cooled Welder Package (415V) are three-phase industrial multi-process welders suited to heavy fabrication and production welding environments. The 500X air-cooled package is ideal for high-duty-cycle welding without the complexity of water cooling. The 350X water-cooled package is suited to sustained high-amperage TIG welding where torch overheating is a concern.

Choosing the Right TIG Welder for Your Application

TIG welder selection depends on the material being welded, available power supply, and the required output capacity.

AC/DC vs DC Only

AC TIG is required for welding aluminium; DC TIG is used for steel, stainless, and most other metals. An AC/DC machine like the Bossweld TIG 200X gives you the flexibility to handle both. DC-only machines are not suitable for aluminium.

240V vs 415V

Single-phase 240V welders (TIG 200X) are suited to trade workshops and facilities with standard single-phase power. Three-phase 415V welders (MST 500X and 350X) deliver higher output and duty cycles for industrial fabrication and production environments. Confirm your power supply before ordering.
