Choosing a fibre disc

Choose the grain for the material. The Klingspor listings state their use: CS561 aluminium oxide for steel and metals, CS565 zirconia for stainless steel and metals, CS570 zirconia for stainless steel and aluminium, FS964 ceramic for steel and stainless steel and FS966 ceramic for stainless steel. Then choose the diameter and grit from the variants. A fibre disc runs on a backing pad, so check the pad fits your disc and grinder. Always check the data sheet for the recommended use and maximum speed before you order.
