Choosing a safety mirror
Acrylic or stainless steel
Acrylic mirrors suit most indoor and general outdoor use. Stainless steel suits harsher outdoor sites, and the Food Processing mirror is stainless steel for wash-down areas.
Convex, dome or traffic
A convex mirror gives a wide-angle view of a single blind spot. Dome mirrors widen the view for multi-direction blind spots, and quarter and half domes suit corners and walls. Traffic mirrors are shaped for a driver’s field of view at exits and intersections. The DuraVision DeLuxe traffic mirror is described as giving a view of moving traffic out to 60m.
Size

Mounting
The DeLuxe traffic mirrors are supplied with a 75mm pole clamp bracket. The U-bolt pole mount pack comes for 60mm or 75mm poles and secures a mirror bracket to a round pole without drilling.
