Choosing workwear
- Hi-vis class: hi-vis garments are classed for day (D), night (N) or day and night use, and the class is stated on each listing. For day use you need a hi-vis colour. Navy or denim garments with reflective tape are for night visibility.
- Standards on the listing: several WS Workwear hi-vis listings state compliance with AS/NZS 1906.4 and AS 4602.1, and Boomerang lists compliance with AS/NZS 1906.4. Check the garment you are buying, as not every item in the range is hi-vis.
- Weather: the waterproof jacket, rain trousers, bluey jackets and 4-in-1 jacket cover wet and cool conditions. The Koolmesh, Koolflow and cotton garments are the lighter options.
- Fit: the range includes men's and women's cuts. Check the size chart on the listing, as fits vary between brands.
- Flame-resistant (FR) clothing: we do not currently list FR garments in this range. If you need FR workwear, call us and we will check what we can supply.

What do the day and night hi-vis classes mean?
Hi-vis garments are classed for day (D), night (N) or day and night use. The class is stated on each listing, for example the WS Workwear waterproof jacket is listed as Day (D) class. Choose the class that matches when and where your people work.
Do you stock flame-resistant workwear?
Not at the moment. We do not currently list FR garments in this range. If you need FR clothing, call us and we will check what we can supply.
Do you have women's workwear?
Yes. The range includes WS Workwear women's cargo pants, canvas cargo trousers and jeans, Boomerang ladies hi-vis cotton ripstop shirts and women's stretch jeans. Check the size chart on each listing.
Do you have hi-vis vests?
