Austsaw BXR4T 103mm (4") Boxer Super Turbo Wave Diamond Blade

The Austsaw Boxer Super Turbo Wave Diamond Blade is a turbo rim diamond cutting blade with a wave design body, listed by Austsaw for concrete, pavers, brick, cement sheet and stone and as suitable for wet and dry use (manufacturer-stated). There are five sizes from 103mm to 9", each supplied as a single carded blade.

Boxer is listed in the Austsaw catalogue next to the Austsaw branded diamond blades, with a diamond count rating of HIGH (the Austsaw Super Turbo range is rated HIGHEST). Austsaw says the wave design adds strength to the blade body and helps extract dust build up, and lists excellent blade life and fast, smooth, clean cutting (manufacturer-stated). The maker lists it for ceramic bricks, pipes and terracotta, concrete blocks, bricks, pavers, pipes and reinforced concrete, cement sheet, and stone including basalt, bluestone, granite, marble and slate.

The 103mm to 125mm blades are listed for angle grinders, and the 180mm and 9" blades for portable saws or angle grinders. Kerf rises from 1.8mm on the 103mm blade to 2.5mm on the 9" blade, and the maximum speed falls from 15,000 RPM to 6,790 RPM. The catalogue lists the 9" blade as 230mm while the maker listing title says 235mm, so confirm the diameter before ordering.
