Beaver Grade 80 eye swivel self locking safety hooks with ball bearing suit 6 mm to 16 mm Grade 80 chain, with working load limits (WLL) of 1,100 kg (1.1 t) to 8,000 kg (8 t). Beaver states that the heavy duty ball bearing lets the hook swivel under load, which reduces sling twist, and that the enlarged eye takes larger shackles without taking the hook apart.

Beaver states that its Grade 80 lifting components are made from heat treated alloy steel, are tested throughout manufacture, and meet AS 3776, Lifting Components for Grade T Chain Slings. They carry distinguishing marks, including the brand, grade and size and a date of manufacture and batch ID.
