Bossweld 15% Silver Brazing Alloy 1.6 mm, 1 kg packet | 300204

The Bossweld 15% Silver Brazing Alloy is a copper-phosphorus brazing rod with 15% silver, for joining non-ferrous metals and for repair work. The silver content improves fluidity, and the alloy flows well into close-fitting joints by capillary action.

It brazes at around 800 degrees Celsius, which allows controlled heat input, and it produces strong, ductile joints. It comes in 1.6, 2 and 2.4 mm diameters, in 1 kg packets and handy packs of 5 or 6 sticks.

Choose the diameter to suit the joint and the heat you are working with, and the pack to suit how much you use: 1 kg packets for regular use and handy packs for occasional jobs.
