Bossweld Binzel Style Contact Tip 1.4 mm M6 x 8 x 28 mm fits Binzel style MIG torches that take M6 x 28 mm tips and has a 1.4 mm bore. Each pack holds 10 tips. Tip dimensions: M6 thread, 8 mm body diameter and 28 mm long.

Standard tips suit everyday MIG welding of steel and stainless steel wire. If you weld at higher current or for long arc-on times, a Heavy Duty tip in the same style is the step up.

Selecting the right option

Match the bore to your wire diameter: a 1.2 mm wire needs a 1.2 mm tip. Check the thread and length against the tip you are replacing, because tips from different torch styles can look alike but will not interchange. Replace tips when the bore wears oversize, the arc becomes unstable or the wire starts to stick. If you are unsure which tip your torch takes, contact AIMS with the torch model before ordering.
