Bossweld Face Shield With Clear Visor

The Bossweld Face Shield with Clear Visor is a lightweight face shield with a lift-up polycarbonate visor and a comfortable head harness. The clear visor gives impact and splash protection to the face and neck, and it can be swapped for a shade 5 visor for oxy cutting and welding.

It suits grinding, and oxy cutting and welding when fitted with the shade 5 visor. A clear visor does not filter welding light, so it is not a welding helmet and is not for arc welding. If your site requires PPE certified to a particular standard, contact AIMS to confirm before ordering.

Key specifications

Selecting the right option

Fit the shade 5 visor for oxy cutting and welding, or the clear visor for grinding and general face protection. A shade 5 visor is not dark enough for arc welding, so use a welding helmet for MIG, TIG and stick work. If you want the harness with a yellow brow guard, see the Face Shield Harness and Yellow Browguard. If your site requires PPE certified to a particular standard, contact AIMS to confirm before ordering.
