Bossweld K4 Arc Air Gouging Torch 1000 Amp | 500091

The Bossweld K4 Arc Air Gouging Torch is a heavy-duty torch for carbon-arc gouging, cutting and weld preparation on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is rated to 1000 amps and takes carbons up to 10 mm. It comes complete with a 2 m swivel cable.

Carbon arc gouging melts the metal and blows it away with compressed air, so it needs a suitable power source, a compressed air supply and gouging carbons. It is a fast way to remove defects, prepare joints and back-gouge welds on thick material.
