Bossweld LH Twin Coated Electrode TC16 7016 2.6 mm, 2 kg | 110400

The Bossweld TC16 is a hydrogen controlled, twin coated low hydrogen electrode recommended for welding high tensile steels, including the repair of earth moving equipment. It is classified AWS A5.1 E7016 (manufacturer-stated).

The inner coating gives easy arc striking and a stable arc. The outer coating contributes to x-ray quality weld metal (manufacturer-stated) and suits inverter machines. It comes in 2.6, 3.2 and 4 mm in 2 kg and 5 kg packs.

Selecting the right option

Choose the diameter to suit the material thickness and the amperage your machine delivers. Low hydrogen electrodes need to be stored dry, so follow the manufacturer's storage advice.
