Bossweld Tweco 4 Style Gas Nozzles 13 and 19 mm, Use with 34CT fit Tweco 4 style MIG torches and industry torches with the 34CT insulator. These are screw-on nozzles for the 34CT insulator. Each pack holds 2 nozzles.

The nozzle directs shielding gas around the weld pool to protect it from the atmosphere, and it shields the front end of the torch from spatter and heat.

Selecting the right option

Choose the nozzle to match your torch style, insulator and diffuser, and pick the diameter for the job: a larger nozzle gives wider gas coverage for higher-current welding, and a smaller one gets into tighter joints. Spatter that builds up inside a nozzle restricts gas flow and can cause porosity, so clean nozzles regularly and replace them when they are damaged or heavily worn.
