Bossweld WP17 TIG Flex Torch Head with Valve suits 17 series TIG torches. It is a flex head with a built-in gas valve. It is an air-cooled head.

The torch head sits at the front of the torch body and carries welding current and shielding gas to the tungsten. It holds the collet body, collet, back cap and cup, so a damaged head shows up as gas leaks, overheating or a loose electrode. A flex head has a bendable neck, so you can set the head angle to reach into tight joints. A head with a valve has a gas valve built into the head, so you can adjust the shielding gas flow at the torch.
