M21-250-430 B-430 Clear Polyester Label Cartridge, Black on Clear, 6.35 mm x 6.4 m

Brady M21 B-430 cartridges are glossy clear polyester labels for rating plates, serial plates, barcodes and logos where the surface should show through the label. Each cartridge holds the label roll and its print ribbon (manufacturer-stated). Four widths are listed in black on clear and white on clear, each 6.4 m long. White on clear cartridges end in -WT-CL.

B-430 is a 0.076 mm polyester with a permanent acrylic adhesive (manufacturer-stated). Brady lists service from -70 to 100 °C and short exposure to 180 °C for 5 minutes, and says it stays on in autoclave, freezer and liquid nitrogen environments (manufacturer-stated). It is for indoor use: Brady does not recommend it outdoors (manufacturer-stated). Brady publishes data sheet values as averages, not as specification limits.

Brady lists B-430 as UL recognised to UL969 and CSA accepted to C22.2 No. 0.15-95. The data sheet ties these to specific ribbons (R6000 HF or R4900 for UL, R6000 HF for CSA) (manufacturer-stated). These are North American approvals, so check them against your site specification and the Brady data sheet before relying on them.

Two numbers identify each cartridge. The product code is the alphanumeric code printed on the cartridge, and it is the code to search for or quote. Selecting the right option

Choose black on clear for most rating plates and barcodes on light surfaces, and white on clear for dark surfaces. The white on clear cartridges end in -WT-CL.
