Selecting the right option
A cap closes the end of a pipe, so match its thread to the end you are closing. For closing a female port, a plug is the right fitting; see the plugs under Related products. BSP threads do not mate with NPT or metric threads, so confirm the thread on every mating part before you order. Where the stainless column says "Not listed", Dixon prints no 316 stainless cap for that size.
