Selecting the right option
A hex nipple has the same thread size on both ends. If the two female ports are different sizes, use the reducing hex nipple listed under Related products. BSP threads do not mate with NPT or metric threads, so confirm the thread on every mating part before you order. The hex lets you tighten the nipple with a spanner and not a pipe wrench.
