Dixon FT191S 80 mm (3") Probe Housing FloTech Checkmate Overfill Detection Stainless

This Dixon Flotech Checkmate probe housing is the 316 stainless steel housing for the FT150S overfill probe, with an 80 mm (3 in) NPS female thread. It is the housing only, and the probe is ordered separately (manufacturer-stated).

Dixon describes it as threading onto an 80 mm (3 in) clean-out nipple on a DOT 407 tank, and states a maximum working pressure of 900 PSI at 21 degrees C. Its bill of materials lists a stainless steel housing with an aluminium lid, an NBR O-ring, stainless steel screws and lock washers and a PTFE gasket (manufacturer-stated).

Selecting the right option

The housing threads onto an 80 mm (3 in) clean-out nipple on a DOT 407 tank, so confirm the nipple size on your tank before ordering. The probe is not included: the 7 in FT150S 2-wire probe is linked below. Dixon states the sensor length can be adjusted with 20 mm (3/4 in) NPT pipe nipples if a longer reach is needed.
