Ergodyne Chill-Its 6603 Cooling Band (ERECB6603BL0000)

The Ergodyne Chill-Its 6603 is a PVA evaporative cooling band that measures 74.9 cm by 10.2 cm. It has a pull-through slot design that stays put, stays soft and bulk-free when wet, and is listed as UPF 50+ (manufacturer-stated). To activate it, run it under water for a minute or until saturated, wring out the excess, then wave it in the air (manufacturer-stated).

Ergodyne lists the cooling as wet evaporative for up to 4 hours. The PVA is stiff when dry and softens when it is wet again. Rinse thoroughly before first use, machine wash it and hang it to dry (manufacturer-stated). Cooling products help with comfort in hot work, and they do not replace a heat stress plan with water, rest breaks and shade.

The colour is blue (AIMS record). This listing is a pack of 24 (AIMS record), and Ergodyne's page does not state the pack size for item 12418.
