Excision XDP3500 carbide grinding fluid 5L

Excision XDP3500 is a water-soluble synthetic coolant for carbide grinding and machining hard metals, free of mineral oil. It is stable and transparent with high antioxidant power.

It is made for excellent finishes when machining and grinding tools, dies and carbide parts that contain tungsten, carbide, copper, cobalt and similar. It does not cause leaching of cobalt and does not emulsify tramp oils. Water hardness must not exceed 400ppm, and normal grinding uses 3 to 6%.
