Gates LL8MGT12 (9302-1000) Long Length

Gates Long Length Poly Chain GT Carbon 8MGT is open-length polyurethane synchronous belting — supplied as a 30 metre length per width, for custom-length drives, positioning systems and fabricated belt assemblies beyond the reach of a standard endless belt. It uses the same curvilinear GT tooth profile and carbon fibre tensile cord as standard Poly Chain GT Carbon belts. Gates’ Poly Chain GT Carbon range extends to long-length, open stock up to 274 m (900 ft), pitch- and width-dependent.

Where this product is used

Long Length Poly Chain GT Carbon is open, non-endless belting stock, not a ready-to-run belt. It suits:

• Custom or unusually long centre-distance drives beyond standard endless belt lengths
• Linear positioning, lifting and material-handling systems using Poly Chain belting as a toothed drive or positioning element rather than a closed loop
• Fabricated belt assemblies where length, splice position or configuration are built to suit the application
