Gates Polyflex is a ribbed-back, high-modulus polyurethane V-belt built for small, multiple-V-belt precision drives — it carries more load at higher speeds than a conventional rubber V-belt in the same space, with a precise cast construction (no layers or overlaps) for smooth, low-vibration running.

Select by cross-section (3M, 5M, 7M or 11M — the number is the top width in mm) and effective length. Gates Polyflex JB (joined) belts are the banded equivalent for multi-groove sheaves, giving matched-set performance without the strand-to-strand variation of separately-fitted singles.
