12G-11 x 22 cm Hex Flange T17 Screw, 316 Stainless Steel - XFPA412GX22

The Hex Flange Screw W/Neo T17 A4 (316) is a hex head screw with an integral flange and a Type 17 (T17) point. The T17 point is a cutting point designed to start in timber without a pilot hole in many applications.

You can choose from 15 variants, covering sizes 12G-11 to 14G-10 and lengths 22 cm to 90 cm. Pack quantities depend on size: packs of 250 to 1000.

Made from 316 (A4) stainless steel, the grade normally specified for chloride-exposed work such as coastal installations, swimming pools, marine fittings and food-processing plant.

Stainless threads can gall (seize) when tightened under load or at speed. A smear of anti-seize on the thread and a steady tightening speed reduce the risk.
