Master Lock Excell M1BDAU 45mm Brass Covered Laminated Steel Padlock, Single
Available
Master Lock Excell brass covered laminated steel padlocks with 45mm, 50mm and 64mm bodies, in single, 2 pack KA and 4 pack KA versions and with standard or long shackles (11 maker codes, M1BDAU to M15BDLHAU). KA means keyed alike, so every padlock in a pack opens with the same key.
The maker's catalogue lists them as Excell padlocks with a brass covered laminated steel body and a boron carbide shackle (manufacturer-stated).
The maker describes the body as brass covered laminated steel for strength and resistance to the elements, the octagonal boron carbide shackle as 50% harder than hardened steel and harder for bolt cutters to grip, the shackle clearance as increased, the ball bearing locking mechanism as providing pull and pry resistance, and says 4 keys are included (manufacturer-stated).

- Brass covered laminated steel body (manufacturer-stated)

Selecting the right option
Choose the body width first (45mm, 50mm or 64mm), then the pack (single, 2 pack KA or 4 pack KA) and the shackle: the codes ending LHAU have the long 51mm opening height and are single padlocks.
