Supplied in 316 (A4) stainless steel. Use stainless washers and nuts with stainless fasteners, so the whole joint is made of the same material.

Stainless grub screws are softer than hardened alloy-steel ones, so check that the holding force is enough for the shaft load. Use a suitable thread-locking compound where vibration is present.
