The Nupla Power Drive dead blow hammer has a 3 lb (1.35 kg) soft face head with a 5.5 in (140 mm) head length on a 14.5 in (368 mm) fibreglass handle. The interior is a shot-loaded composite cavity fully encased in a tough polymer outer jacket.
The free-flowing shot inside the head concentrates the striking force and absorbs the rebound, and the non-marring soft face protects the surface being struck.
