Pferd FFS felt flap discs, Hard

These Pferd FFS felt flap discs are listed in a soft version (item 44370125) and a hard version (item 44371125), both 125mm in diameter. They are used for pre-polishing and high-gloss polishing on medium-sized to large components.

The discs are highly flexible, which allows them to adjust to the contour, and they give a low thermal load on the workpiece. To use a polishing paste bar, ordered separately. Both versions have the same dimensions and speeds: 125mm diameter, 22mm thickness, H 22.23mm, optimum speed 1,500rpm and maximum speed 7,650rpm.

Choose the soft (W) or hard (H) version to match the finish and contour you are working on. Never exceed the maximum speed of 7,650rpm. Wear eye protection, hearing protection, gloves and a dust mask, and follow the safety instructions.
