The Piusi AdBlue Manual Nozzle (part 147610) is a hand-operated dispensing nozzle built specifically for AdBlue (diesel exhaust fluid). Its Viton seals and stainless steel wetted parts are fully compatible with AdBlue's urea solution, resisting the corrosion that damages standard fuel nozzles, and it delivers flow rates of up to 80 litres per minute. AdBlue attacks brass and aluminium fittings over time, so a dedicated nozzle like this one matters for reliable, contamination-free dispensing.
Lightweight at just 200 g, it fits a 3/4" BSP hose tail and has a 3/4" OD spout, and is rated to 50 psi (3.5 bar). The 3/4" fittings suit common AdBlue delivery hoses and drum pumps. Made in Italy, it is a simple, reliable manual nozzle for topping up AdBlue where automatic shut-off is not required.
