PIX V-Belt Pulley Gauge

The PIX pulley gauge is used to check the profile of the grooves of V-belt pulleys, including conventional and dual section pulleys.

Inserted in the groove, the gauge shows whether there is any clearance between the groove sidewall and the gauge, and a feeler gauge measures that clearance.

Groove checking procedure: identify the pulley gauge to be used according to the section and diameter of the pulley. Insert the gauge in the groove and check whether there is any clearance between the sidewall of the groove and the gauge. Measure any clearance with a feeler gauge.
